The origins of the Foundry is intimately connected with the origins of gastronomy and mixology that have seen their golden age in the 20s, “la Belle Epoque”.
 
This post-war period saw restaurants opening all over Europe with the return of wealth. Their menus were composed of a subtle mix of sophisticated recipes and local dishes.

The origins of the Foundry is intimately connected with the origins of gastronomy and mixology that have seen their golden age in the 20s, “la Belle Epoque”.
 
This post-war period saw restaurants opening all over Europe with the return of wealth. Their menus were composed of a subtle mix of sophisticated recipes and local dishes.

Our menu is ever changing as we are slaves to seasons and we put a lot of effort into sourcing the freshest local produce and import the best pieces of beef from the USA and Argentina. All our meat is hormone free and comes from livestock raised and finished on natural pastures.

We also smoke and cure our own fish, meat and poultry, make all of burgers and sausages and create our own dressings and gravies.
 
We believe your dinning experience is a combination of good quality produce and our expert preparation.
